The main thing
The nine day streak, and then the week that undoes it
You can hold a plan down for about a fortnight. Then a week goes sideways, the logging stops, and by the following Monday you're starting again from the same place. This is built so that a bad week costs you a bad week instead of the whole thing.

Log a meal without thinking about it
Photograph the plate and CalorieBot does the macros in about two seconds. Nothing to name, weigh or look up, which is why it still happens on the days you can't be bothered.
Stop guessing what a flat week means
Your weight trend, your steps and your protein in one place. A heavy Saturday becomes a data point instead of a verdict.
Train around the week you're having
Gym, home, barbell, dumbbells or nothing at all, two sessions a week or five. Written so the numbers keep moving rather than filling an hour.
Have a reason to turn up in February
A weekly challenge scored off your own logging, and men who notice when you go quiet. Optional, and the thing members most often credit for keeping them at it.
Stop paying for the next thing
20 Minute Muscle, Above the Bar, Fat Burner Framework, Simply Build Muscle and 100+ High Protein Recipes are already on your account, and so is whatever I write next.
Ask the man who wrote it
I'm in there every day. No sales call, no junior coach, and nobody in there is going to make you feel stupid for asking.
What that looks like
Thanks Rob. This feels like the best money I've ever spent. Weight down 35 lbs and more, energy up, focus up.
My doctor had planned to talk to me about Wegovy or Ozempic. Now my weight has come down and my bloodwork is back in the normal range, he says there's no need. He told me what we're doing is the far healthier and more sustainable option.
26 pounds in four months. I'm starting not to recognise myself in the mirror. For the first time in a long time I actually like what I see.
How this is different from coaching
I coached one to one for years. It worked, in the narrow sense that people got results while I was watching. Then some of them stopped working with me and drifted back within the year.
What I had built depended on my attention, which is a fragile thing to hang your health on.
So this is put together the other way round. The tools do the tracking, the structure holds the week, and the room keeps you honest. That combination survives you being busy, which is the only test that matters.
You still get me. I'm in there every day. What you're no longer paying for is me being the thing that holds it together.
Questions people ask before joining
I already train hard. What does this add?
Not much on the training side, and I would rather say that than pretend otherwise. What it adds is the food, handled in a way that survives a bad week. If your lifts move and your waist doesn't, that's the half you're missing.
I've tried tracking apps and given up on all of them.
Most of the room has. You gave up because logging a meal cost you thirty taps and a fight with a barcode database. Photographing the plate costs you two seconds, and two seconds is cheap enough to keep doing on the days you can't be bothered.
Is this just for beginners?
No. Some men in there restarted three weeks ago and a fair few could out lift me on something. What they have in common is wanting the nutrition side to stop falling over, which isn't a beginner problem.
What if I travel a lot, or my weeks are unpredictable?
That's most of the room, and it's the test the whole thing was built to pass. A restaurant plate logs the same as a plate at home. There's no meal plan, so there's nothing to fall off.
I've never used a chat app like this.
Nor had most of them. You install it, click one link, and a short video shows you where everything is. About five minutes.
Do I have to post?
No. Plenty of men read, log their food and say nothing for weeks.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, in two clicks, and you keep 20 Minute Muscle.
Two ways in, and the difference is the food
The room and every programme are in both. Ten dollars decides whether you also get CalorieBot, which is the part that stops the nutrition side falling over in a bad week. That's the thing most men are actually missing, so most men take the second one.
