Years of training, and you still don't look like someone who trains
The lifting is rarely the problem. Eating to a target asks for about thirty small decisions a day, and by Wednesday of a bad week you've quietly stopped counting. Take that job away and the training you're already doing starts to show on you.

You already know what to do. That's not what stops you.
You can follow a programme. Training asks you for one decision a week and you make it.
It's the other twenty three hours. Eating well asks for about thirty decisions a day, every day, while you're tired and somebody needs collecting from somewhere.
So you do fine for nine days, a bad week turns up, and the whole thing goes back to the start. Not because you lack discipline. Because the plan quietly assumed you had nothing else going on.
Make the daily part cheap enough and a bad week costs you a bad week instead of a restart. Everything below is built to do that one thing.
Log a meal in two seconds
Photograph the plate. Twenty ingredients or one, you don't name them, weigh them or look anything up. CalorieBot does the rest.
Train twenty minutes at a time
Short sessions, properly hard, built to keep progressing around a job, children and joints that keep score.
Stop running on willpower
Weekly challenges, a scoreboard, and men who notice when you go quiet. Structure beats motivation every time.

500 men have already done it
Different ages, different starting points, wildly different amounts of spare time. None of them cooked separate meals from their family, and none of them found an extra ten hours a week.
Men who were already training
None of these men needed telling how to lift. Every one of them is quoted exactly as he wrote it, and you can open the original message.
I'm at my weight target and have dropped 25 lbs. I'm in my mid forties with a career in finance, I travel a lot, client dinners, young family, and I was getting fat and hated it. Same weight as when I got married fourteen years ago. You don't have to turn 40 and welcome in the dad body for the rest of your life.
Rob helped me increase my bench, deadlift and squat by half while losing 15 lbs of fat, on under 90 minutes of training a week.
It's a great feeling to hear “wait, you're 50? No way.” They said there's no way you can look like that and only do 30 minute workouts.

What changes on Monday
All of it from day one. Nothing here is an upsell.
Never weigh or look up a meal again
Photograph the plate, or type it the way you would say it out loud. CalorieBot does the macros. This is the part that decides whether you're still at it in month six.
Know whether this week counted
Your weight trend, your steps and your protein in one place, so a heavy Saturday stops feeling like evidence and starts being a data point.
Train twenty minutes and still progress
Gym, home, a full rack or a pair of dumbbells, two sessions a week or five. Pick the one that matches the week you're actually having.
Stop relying on feeling like it
A weekly challenge and a scoreboard, scored off your own logging. Optional, and the thing members most often say kept them going through a bad month.
Ask the question you think is too basic
Men in their 30s, 40s and 50s, most of whom have trained for years. Nobody in there's going to make you feel stupid, and plenty have already asked it.
Stop buying the next thing
Every programme, course and recipe pack I sell is already in your account, and so is everything I write next. Nothing to add on later.

What you're probably wondering
I've tried tracking apps and quit every time.
So did I, and so did most of the room. Quitting is what happens when logging a meal costs you thirty taps and an argument with a barcode database. Photographing the plate costs you two seconds, and two seconds survives a bad Wednesday.
I already train hard. What does this actually add?
Nothing on the training side you couldn't work out yourself. What it adds is the other twenty three hours, done without it becoming a second job. If your lifts are moving and your waist isn't, that's the half that is missing.
Is this for beginners?
Some of them are beginners. Most aren't, and a fair few could out lift me on something. What everybody in there has in common is wanting the nutrition side to stop collapsing, which isn't a beginner problem.
Will it survive travel and eating out?
That's most of the room, and it's the test the whole thing was built to pass. Photograph a restaurant plate and it's logged the same as a plate at home. Nothing is off limits and there's no plan to fall off.
Do I have to post?
No. Plenty of men read, log their food and say nothing for weeks. That's a perfectly good way to use it.
What if it's not for me?

Start this week, not in January
Four weeks from now you can be four weeks in, or you can be about to start thinking about it. The difference isn't what you know. It's whether the thing you started is still running when the week goes wrong.
Not ready? Take something useful anyway.
Each one is a finished thing, free, and yours whether you ever buy anything or not. Pick whichever matches what's in your way this week.
