CalorieBot
Photograph a meal and it's logged with macros in about two seconds. Weight trends, steps, training and weekly check ins in the same place.
Every programme
Gym, home, barbell, dumbbells or nothing at all. Two sessions a week or five. Written so the numbers keep moving rather than just filling an hour.
The room
Men who have trained for twenty years and men three weeks back in after a decade off. Training logs, questions, and people who notice when you go quiet.
Weekly challenges
Workouts, food logs, steps and protein, scored by CalorieBot against the rest of the room. Entirely optional, and the thing members most often credit for keeping them going.
Every course
20 Minute Muscle, Above the Bar, the Fat Loss Manual, Simply Build Muscle and the 120 recipe library. Around $250 of products, included.

What that looks like
Thanks Rob. This feels like the best money I've ever spent. Weight down 35 lbs and more, energy up, focus up.
My doctor had planned to talk to me about Wegovy or Ozempic. Now my weight has come down and my bloodwork is back in the normal range, he says there's no need. He told me what we're doing is the far healthier and more sustainable option.
26 pounds in four months. I'm starting not to recognise myself in the mirror. For the first time in a long time I actually like what I see.
How this is different from coaching
I coached one to one for years. It worked, in the narrow sense that people got results while I was watching. Then some of them stopped working with me and drifted back within the year.
What I had built depended on my attention, which is a fragile thing to hang your health on.
So this is put together the other way round. The tools do the tracking, the structure holds the week, and the room keeps you honest. That combination survives you being busy, which is the only test that matters.
You still get me. I'm in there every day. What you're no longer paying for is me being the thing that holds it together.
Questions people ask before joining
Do I need to be advanced?
No. What makes this work is wanting the nutrition side to stick, not what you can lift.
I've never used a chat app like this.
Nor had most of them. You install it, click one link, and a short video shows you where everything is. About five minutes.
Do I've to post?
No. Plenty of men read, log their food and say nothing for weeks.
What if I travel a lot, or my weeks are unpredictable?
That's most of the room. The whole approach is built around weeks that don't go to plan, because those are the ones that decide everything.
What if I'm starting from nothing?
Then this is a good place to start. Nobody in there's going to make you feel stupid for asking something basic.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, in two clicks, and you keep 20 Minute Muscle.
Pick how much help you want
The room and the programmes are in all of them. What changes is whether you get CalorieBot, and whether I'm writing your programme and reading your numbers every week.
