Part two
And this is how it tracks training
Not a list of exercises you tick off afterwards. You log every set as you do it, it times your rest, it swaps an exercise when the rack is busy, and it will talk you through form in the middle of a session.
A demo, not a recording. Nothing you press here leaves the page.
New here? The food walkthrough comes first and is shorter. This one makes more sense after it.
Why this matters if you already train
Most men reading this don't need a programme. They need the last six weeks of numbers in one place so the next session is heavier than the last one, and they need that without carrying a notebook or losing half an hour to a spreadsheet.
Logging a set takes a couple of seconds and happens while you're sat on the bench anyway. Because it's logged as you go rather than from memory in the car, the numbers are real, which is the only reason progressive overload works at all.
And the session adapts. A busy rack, a sore shoulder, a hotel gym with two dumbbells and a bench. Describe what you've and you get something sensible instead of skipping it.
