This is CalorieBot, working
A real walk through of what logging actually looks like. Type a meal, photograph one, weigh in, share it, get a session built round your week. Click through it and see whether you would keep doing it.
A demo, not a recording. Nothing you press here leaves the page.
What you just did, and why it matters
Every programme you've ever bought told you what to eat. None of them made logging it cheap enough to still be doing in February. That's the only difference here, and it's the one that decides whether anything else works.
Typing a meal in a few words is about two seconds. A photo is for the plates that are hard to describe. You never have to photograph anything, which matters because a lot of men won't, and a tracker you quietly stop using is worse than no tracker at all.
Your thread is yours. The community sees a meal, a session or a weigh in only when you press share. Challenges are scored on logging and protein, never on body weight, and never in public.
It is $49 a month, with everything else in it
CalorieBot, all five programmes and courses, whatever I write next, and a group of men in their 30s, 40s and 50s who notice when you go quiet. Cancel in two clicks, any time.
